ShopVPN purchase and connection guide
This guide explains guest checkout, subscription delivery and how to add a subscription link to a compatible VPN app. Labels may differ slightly by app version.
1. Buy online as a guest
- Choose an active, available product from the plans page.
- Enter your email and verify the one-time code. Telegram is not required for guest checkout.
- Choose an available payment method. Do not pay twice while an order is still being checked.
2. Retrieve your subscription link
After payment approval, find the subscription link on the order result page or in your account services. Treat the link as a secret and do not share it publicly.
3. Add the link to Hiddify or v2rayNG
- Install and open a compatible app from its official source.
- Use the Add to App button on the order page when available, or copy the subscription link.
- Choose the app’s add-by-link or Subscription option and paste the full link.
- Refresh the subscription list if needed, then enable the connection.
4. Common issues
- Link does not open: copy the full link again and remove any leading or trailing spaces.
- Order is pending: payment may require gateway confirmation or manual review.
- No configuration delivered: keep your order ID and contact official support. Avoid paying again until the status is clear.
- Email code missing: check spam and request another code after the sending limit allows it.
